(I) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ (s), direction (s) commanding the respondents to disposed of the Anganbari Sevika Appeal No. 13 of 2021 as early as possible which is pending before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11120 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/3 District Magistrate cum Collector, Rohtas since 23.7.2021.

(II) To direct the respondents to cancel the selection/ appointment of the Respondent No. 9 as Anganbari Sevika for ward No.4, Centre Code-223 Centre-Sarna Math as she has been selected in contravention of contrary to the advertisement issued for the same as well as complete violation of the guideline issued by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar for this purpose."

The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Anganbari Sevika Appeal No. 13 of 2021. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is still pending, the same would definitely be disposed off within a stipulated time frame, as directed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram

Patna High Court CWJC No.11120 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2024 3/3 to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has yet not been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
