2. Permission is accorded.

3 . This bail petition of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 is dismissed as withdrawn .

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 3 and the State .

5 . Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45681 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

6. As per the prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant by fists and slap . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature .

7. Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner No. 3 , as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M Ist Class Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S. case No. 116 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
