The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.281 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner killed his wife by setting her on fire within five months of marriage and hurriedly buried her body in a nearby field, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
