The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No.57 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 337, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that that firearms have been used and there are cross cases and the petitioners' involvement is apparent as appear from the cross F.I.R, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
