This is an application for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 140 of 2017, arising out of Babubarhi P.S.Case No. 70 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the FIR and it appears on confidential information they have been made accused in this case and they have been also been made accused in large number of cases.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from their possession and they have not been put on Test Identification Parade and they are in custody for six months. Heard learned APP also.

No.32346 of 2017 (3) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Madhubani, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 140 of 2017, arising out of Babubarhi P.S.Case No. 70 of 2016, G.R.No. 725 of 2016. subject to the conditions that :- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.

(ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
