Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Tetarhat P.S. Case No.122 of 2020 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sajan Kumar. He also submits that both parties have compromised the case.
