2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to cancel the bail bond of opposite party no.2, who was granted bail vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.71196 of 2022.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I do not find any ground to cancel the bail bond of opposite party no.2.
