A decision was taken by the District Magistrate in terms of Annexure-2 in matter of appointment / regularization of service of class-iv posts. However, it is evident from reading of the said decision, dated 02.05.2015 that the Divisional Commissioner, Munger has to take a decision in terms of Rule 54 of Bihar Service Code in grant of exemption in matter of over-age. The District Magistrate, Jamui will ensure that a request in this regard, if not already sent, will be sent to the Divisional Commissioner within a period of three weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order and the Divisional Commissioner, Munger thereafter will ensure that a decision on such
