JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that except confessional statement of petitioner and other coaccused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 01.12.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rail Sasaram P.S.Case No. 97 of 2015.
