JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 The petitioner was appointed on the post of Jeep Driver in the Zila Board, Gaya on 20.7.1976 and he retired from his service on 1.10.2013.

The petitioner prays for his retiral benefits. A counter affidavit has been filed stating that retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid.

However, I find that G.I.C. amount has not been paid to the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent Nos.3 and 4 would take appropriate steps so that G.I.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6364 of 2014 (2) dt.28-06-2016 amount is paid and credited to the petitioner's account within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
