JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 341,323,448,354B,504/34 Indian Penal Code. He is the elder brother of the husband of the informant. The petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case on account of earlier petition filed by him before the ACJM, a day before. A copy of the petition has been annexed as Annexure 2.
