The petitioner seeks bail in Gareakothi P.S. Case No.177 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of brutal murder. Victim refused to marry with the boy which led to killing of the victim.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
