From the pleadings on record, it appears that the petitioner has grievance against construction being made by Respondent No 7 over a plot of land belonging to Respondent No 6 in violation of building bye laws. The petitioner has filed
Patna High Court CWJC No.16082 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 this writ application for initiating action against the said respondents in accordance with the provisions under Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 and building bye laws, framed thereunder. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this writ application, the Patna Municipal Corporation has issued notices to Respondents No 6 and 7 and they have been stopped from masking further construction.
As the Corporation has already taken action in accordance with the provisions under the Act, no further interference is required.
This application stands disposed of accordingly. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) (Madhuresh Prasad, J) M.E.H./- U
