Learned counsel seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed

Patna High Court CWJC No.9728 of 2023(2) dt.21-12-2023 2/2 in light of order passed in CWJC No. 18566 of 2022 as the parties have agreed that the issue was same in the said writ petition.
