Versus

The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ram Naresh Sharma For the Respondent/s : Mr. (Gp16) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 No one appears on behalf of the petitioenr.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

It would appear from perusal of the record, that petitioner was entitled to get benefit of 1st A.C.P and for which he filed representation before the concerned officials but his representation was pending and no order was passed by the concerned officials nor the benefit of A.C.P was given to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that in the year 2007, department gave instruction that the grievance of the petitioner will be considered in the next meeting of Screening Committee but the present position is not known to him. It is obvious from the aforesaid submissions that the concerned department gave assurance to consider the grievance of the petitioner in the year 2007 itself, and this Court hopes that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12971 of 2007 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 grievance of the petitioner should have already been considered by the concerned officials and that is why the petitioner does not have interest to pursue this petition.

In the aforesaid circumstance, this petition stands disposed of with direction that if, the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed as yet, the concerned officials must consider and redress the grievance of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order.
