Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 262 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there was case and counter case between the parties and petitioner no. 1 and informant of the present case are relatives. He further submits that the informant was examined by the doctor and injuries were found as simple in nature. In view of the facts and circumstances, let both the
