The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.651 of 2022 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide orders dated 23.06.2023, 27.06.2023 and 16.08.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13491 of 2023, Cr.Misc.No.18117 of 2023 and Cr.Misc.No.48665 of 2023 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.46811 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VIII, Patna or of such court in seisin of the matter in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.651 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
