JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The instant modification petition has been filed for extension of time for further two weeks to surrender in the court below by the petitioner who has already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.11184 of 2016 by order dated 25.04.2016. Accordingly, two weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, i.e., SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No.133 of 2014 from the date of receipt/ production of this order. The instant petition is disposed of to the aforesaid extent only.
