Petitioners are accused in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the postmortem report (Annexture-2) that no external injury is found on the body of the deceased. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 05.03.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37327 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Rosera, District - Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2016.
