Bela Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Yogendra Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 05.06.2017 in Paroo P.S. Case No.116/17 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38, 41, 44 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner ,by way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and on false accusation of recovery of huge quantity of country made liquor/Indian make foreign liquor, the petitioner was made accused. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
