JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 29568 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of one year.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 2.1.2017 and trial has not been concluded as yet.

Heard learned APP also and perused the report from which it appears that only one witness has been examined and now the case is fixed for prosecution evidence and trial will be concluded within a year.

In the facts and circumstances and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
