The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 691 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged motorcycle from where the alleged recovery has been made, as is evident from the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
