KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they were abusing and assaulting the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is only general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 29.07.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45107 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017.
