Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,326,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was allowed bail by this Court vide order at Annexure-1. Father of this petitioner has sold some land to the informant-Dhirendra Kumar. When father of this petitioner was going to the court for examination-in-chief in criminal matter in support of the prosecution case, allegation is that the petitioner threatened him to kill after return from the court. For that reason, on the ground that the petitioner was not properly cooperating with the trial, bail was cancelled vide order dated 29.05.2019 and thereafter prayer for bail was refused on 31.05.2019 by the court below.

No.46472 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.58 of 2018 arising out of Rafiganj Police Station Case No.34 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
