In the circumstances, the order dated 25.01.2023 stands modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order the words "CRIMINAL APPEAL (SJ) No.3823 of 2022" be read as "CRIMINAL APPEAL (SJ) No.3823 of 2021" and the names of appellants "Arti Devi and Gunakar Guzral @ Minku @ Guzral" be read as "Dablu Singh Yadav @ Shambhu Kumar Singh, Pudi Ray @ Arun Roy and Dhanu Singh Yadav @ Rakesh Ranjan Yadav".
Just below the Criminal Appeal Number in the cause title, Police Station, Police Station Case Number and District be also corrected accordingly.
