2. Learned counsel after some arguments submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the District Magistrate, Siwan is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner before him on 03.06.2019.
3. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation detailing his grievances before the District Magistrate, Siwan (respondent no. 3) within a period of three weeks from
Patna High Court CWJC No.12638 of 2019 dt.27-06-2019 2/2 today, who, on receipt of the same shall dispose of such representation by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
