The petitioner seeks bail in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 252 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48247 of 2016 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about thirteen months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39107 of 2017 (2) dt.30-08-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 252 of 2016.
