JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2017 The petitioners in the present writ application have sought for payment of the salary from the month of June, 2009 to till date and also to continue to make regular payment of salary in the admissible scale of pay because the respondents are arbitrarily and illegally not paying the same to the petitioners though the petitioners are regularly working in the college on

Patna High Court CWJC No.7328 of 2010 (15) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 sanctioned/recommended posts upto cut-off date i.e. 30.04.1986 and though their services have been regularized as a Lecturer vide notification contained in Memo No.10204-296/05 dated 09.07.2005 and again modifying the notification by placing the petitioners against recommended posts vide Memo No.3340-3440 dated 06.04.2006 in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.6098/97 and in pursuance of the decision of the syndicate.

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioners, they are directed to file a representation before the respondent no.2, The Vice Chancellor, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga for redressal of their grievances, who shall pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
