JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Amresh Kumar @ Bhuletan Singh.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
