Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused Rajendra Mahto @ Bathu Mahto having similar allegation to that of the petitioners has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 19.07.2016 in Cr.Misc.No. 20555/2016 vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50556 of 2017 (3) dt.02-01-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kathaiya Police Station Case No.86 of 2014 G.R.No.2567 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
