JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-03-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petitions are covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Jagaran Prakashan Limited & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.: 2019(4) PLJR 1173.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioners and if it is found that their case is covered by the aforesaid decision particularly, paragraphs 45 and 46 in Jagaran Prakashan's case (supra), similar benefit should be extended to the petitioners of these two cases also.

With the aforesaid, both the writ petitions stand disposed of.
