JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-07-2018 This appeal has been filed seeking exception to an order passed by the learned Writ Court on 19.02.2010 in CWJC No.8253 of 2005.

From the facts that have come on record, it is clear that the husband of the petitioner was working in a private institute and even before the school could be taken over under the Bihar State Elementary School taking over of Control Act, 1976, he died in the year 1973 itself when the school was functioning under the private management and, therefore, finding the husband of the petitioner working under the private

Patna High Court LPA No.1008 of 2010(6) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 management, the relief has been rejected. In doing so, in our considered view, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration.
