1. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioners being aggrieved by the order dated 14.05.2015 (Annexure- 5 Series) issued by the Panchayat Secretary -cumEmployment Unit, Gram Panchayat:- Matukpur, Barhara, District - Bhojpur by which the petitioners have been dismissed from the post of Panchayat Teacher on the ground that training certificate submitted by the petitioners was not recognized and is not in the list of institutions recognized by N.C.T.E.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order of dismissal has been passed without giving any

Patna High Court CWJC No.13173 of 2019(3) dt.21-12-2023 2/2 show cause notice to the petitioners and that too at the instance of the D.P.O., Bhojput at Ara. No opportunity was given to the petitioners to place their point / defence before the concerned authority.

3. Since the matter relates to the service of Panchayat Teacher for which District Teachers Appellate Authority has been constituted, accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Bhojpur for redressal of their grievance.

4. It is made clear that if appeal is filed by the petitioners within a period of one month from today along with condonation of delay petition, the same shall be considered by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Bhojpur in accordance with law.
