This application has been filed for implementation of the order passed by this Court.

From the show cause it appears that petitioner has been granted relief of pension but grievance has been raised that the same has not been fixed in a proper manner. There is dispute

Patna High Court MJC No.2882 of 2015 (3) dt.31-08-2016 with regard to the amount of pension. It is completely a accountancy matter.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a proper representation before the Registrar/Finance Officer, T. M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur who will examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that she is entitled for the pension at enhanced rate that must be given within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed.
