The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No.122 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the records of the Bihar School Examination Board as 16.03.2000 and the marriage between victim and the petitiner is dated 21.5.2018 when the victim girl was 18 years old and they joined wedlock with their consent. Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
