2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9163 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/3 petitioner submits that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of the representations dated 20.11.2024 (Annexure-P/3) and 26.11.2024 (Annexure-P/4) before the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Work Division, Darbhanga-1 i.e. Respondent No. 6 herein and seeks a direction to the Respondent No. 6 to consider the same by fixing a time frame.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State submits that the representations given by the petitioner were way back in the year 2024 and may not be available in the office of the Executive Engineer. Learned counsel submits that in case the petitioner gives a fresh representation, the authority will consider the same in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the Respondent No. 6 herein as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 weeks from today. On such representation being given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 weeks thereof. It is needless to mention that before passing any
