The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence rather he has falsely been implicated in this case. No injury report in support of the allegation is available on record, which itself falsifies the prosecution version, therefore, no case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner.
