JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chabilapur P.S.Case No. 82 of 2015 instituted under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, after enquiry the certificate of M.B.B.S of the petitioner has been found forged and fake. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminals antecedent. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. He has never claimed himself to be a medical doctor. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) in the court below, which shall be subject to final disposal of the case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50374 of 2015 (4) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) in the court below, which shall be subject to final disposal of the case.

Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Nalanda in connection with Chabilapur P.S.Case no. 82 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
