Petitioner is facing accusations punishable under Sections 354(A) IPC read with section 3(x) of the SC/St Act. In nutshell, the allegation is that the victim, who is a student of Class-X, used to go to her school and the petitioner used to tease her inasmuch as filthy languages were also used against her. It was the daily affairs of the petitioner. The matter was reported by the girl to the parents whereafter the F.I.R. was lodged. Contention of the petitioner is that the mother of the petitioner had lodged a case against the brother of Raj Kumar Das who is the father of the informant as well as his son. This is a retaliatory step.
