Case No. 275/2015 has been typed, though it is Tarari P.S. Case No. 09/2017, which has been mentioned directly in the last portion of the order. Further, in place of Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act, it has been typed as Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of submission, let the modification be made in para 2 of the order dated 20.09.2017 and Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 275/2015 be deleted and Tarari P.S. case No. 09.2017 be placed. Let this order be communicated to the learned court below.
