====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 Both the parties are present.

Since they have entered into a compromise and the compromise has already been given effect to. Learned counsel for both the parties are unanimous in their approach in saying

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.561 of 2018(19) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 that this application has become infructuous. The application stands disposed of accordingly. It is made clear that both the parties must abide by the compromise and in terms of the compromise they will take immediate steps to get closed all the cases which were lodged by each other.

This Court has been informed that the brother of the opposite party had filed a complaint in the office of BHEL which is the employer of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that he will not press that complaint and the officials are not required to consider the same.
