ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 12.06.2013 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in S.Tr. No. 536 of 2012 arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 47 of 2012.

Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party in terms of the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court and for which reason it shall send a list of the
