ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 10.09.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Barhara (Kishangarh) P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 by which he has refused to release 105 quintals of rice seized from the truck.

Since the order was passed in the year 2013 that is almost one and half years ago, the matter is remanded to the Court below to pass appropriate order for release of rice in accordance with law after calling for a report from the concerned authorities within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the Report.

With these observations, the application is disposed off.
