2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 427, 307, 337 and 34 of I. P C .
3. As per the F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted daughter of informant as a result of which she sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. No specific overt act is alleged against this petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with other coaccused persons assaulted the daughter of informant due to which she sustained grievous injury .
6. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
