The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 under Sections 467, 468, 470, 471, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner got Kisan Credit Card Loan from the State Bank of India on the basis of forged land possession certificate.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount of loan with interest on 16.02.2016 (Annexure 2) and no amount of loan is lying due against the petitioner.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner, above named, has already deposited the entire amount with interest, she, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 to the satisfaction
