JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 In the order no. 3 dated 02.07.2019, the case number of the present case has been wrongly mentioned as C.W.J.C. no. 1081 of 2019 instead of C.W.J.C. no. 13081 of 2019. Let the same be corrected and the correct cause title be uploaded by way of the present order.

The order no. 3 dated 02.07.2019 is reproduced hereinbelow :- The present writ petition has been filed for providing adequate forces and security to the petitioner herein so that he can make construction over the land in question which belongs to the petitioner and the existing structure whereupon was demolished in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13081 of 2019(4) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 pursuance of the order passed by this Court and affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai as also the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai and in case, the petitioner files an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, the said authorities shall decide the same in accordance with law, after examining all the documents within a period of eight weeks of filing of such representation.

The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
