Learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar submits that as per his counter affidavit arrears of pension have been paid to the petitioners under letter dated 13.04.2012. Copy of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16986 of 2008 (9) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 the affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioners on 23.12.2014. However, no rejoinder to the said affidavit has been filed.
In view of the aforesaid, on the basis of averments made in the counter affidavit of the Accountant General, Bihar, the application stands disposed off.
