23-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a prayer for directing to transfer the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal since the matter relates to dispute under the provisions of Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947, which is a schedule Act under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal Forthwith.
