JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

A girl aged about three years was sacrificed in the background of lecherous activity persisting in between her father Md. Ali Ansari with the wife of the petitioner. In order to take revenge, the petitioner took away the victim and then, committed murder. Dead body was recovered at the instance of petitioner. Witnesses had seen the petitioner carrying the deceased. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he happens to be under custody for the last one and half years. That being so, the learned lower Court is directed to proceed with the trial expeditiously and in likewise manner, the Superintendent of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48198 of 2017 (03) dt.13-11-2017 Police, Darbhanga is directed to procure attendance of remaining witnesses so that trial be concluded at an earliest. Office to communicate the order upon the Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga apart from the learned lower Court. The trial must be completed within one year, failing which the learned lower Court as well as the Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga will have to furnish show-cause on account of disobedience of Court's order.
