2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was arrested at the spot (his house) and 21 kilograms of Ganja was recovered from his house. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 13.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.61899 of 2022.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42958 of 2023(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 that co-accused Bottle Mandal on similar footing has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

5. From perusal of the FIR it appears that co-accused Bottle Mandal, who has been granted bail, was not arrested at the spot, rather this petitioner was arrested at the spot.

6. In my view, there is no fresh ground for reconsideration of the earlier order, whereby the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
